Welcome to Easy Forex Solutions. By using this website (the "Site") and services (together with the Site, the "Services") offered by Easy Forex Solutions. (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors - collectively, hereinafter referred to as "Easy Forex Solutions", "EFS", "we", or "us"), you (the "Member", "User", "Affiliate") are agreeing to these legally binding rules (the "Terms"). We may change these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll let you know about any material changes by updating them on the Site or by sending you an email notifying you that they have been changed. New versions of the terms will never apply retroactively - we'll tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you keep using Easy Forex Solutions after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
Creating an Account
You can browse Easy Forex Solutions without registering for an account. But to use some of EFS's functions, you'll need to register, choose an account name, and set a password. When you do that, the information you give us has to be accurate and complete. If you don't follow these rules, we may cancel your account.

• You may not harm anyone's computer. You may not distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, films, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to EFS or another party).
• You may not try to interfere with the proper workings of the Services.
• You may not bypass any measures we've put in place to secure the Services.
• You may not try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, whether it belongs to EFS or another party.
• You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or on our third-party providers. (We reserve the right to determine what's reasonable.)
• You may not use any kind of software or device (whether it's manual or automated) to "crawl" or "spider" any part of the Site.
• You may not take apart or reverse engineer any aspect of EFS in an effort to access things like source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
Stuff We Don't Do and Aren't Responsible For
Easy Forex Solutions isn't liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We don't become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. We don't oversee the performance or punctuality of Users, and we don't endorse any content Users submit to the Site. When you use the Services, you release EFS from claims, damages, and demands of every kind - known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed - arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You're solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
We link to external sites and sources to provide additional value or services for our members. We do our best to vet these sites before linking to them, but cannot guarantee; their content, that they will remain active, nor do we claim ownership of these sites. Linking to a site is not an endorsement on Our part.

Easy Forex Solutions's Services are legally protected in various ways, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other rights and laws. You agree to respect all copyright and other legal notices, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the Site. You also agree not to change, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of the Service.
Deleting Your Account
You can terminate your account at any time. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account, including our rights regarding any content you've already submitted to the Site.

We can make changes to the EFS Site and Services without notice or liability.
By signing up for the program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from us. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account and/or opt-out at anytime .
We have the right to decide who's eligible to use
Easy Forex Solutions. We can, at our sole discretion, cancel accounts or decline to offer our Services to anyone, at any time (Especially if you're abusing them). We currently do not offer our Service to: Texas or North Carolina, we may change our eligibility criteria at any time. If the Services are prohibited by law where you live, then we revoke your right to use EFS in that jurisdiction.
We shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms. Any decision we make relating to the cancellation or refusal of membership shall be final and binding.
EFS
is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions, and it is our policy not to comment on the reasons for any such action.
Warranty Disclaimer
You use our Services solely at your own risk. They are provided to you "as is" and "as available" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION (ORAL OR WRITTEN) OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Forex Solutions and any Easy Forex Solutions affiliated company, including their agents, employees, officers, directors and stockholders from all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including attorneys fees and costs) arising from or related to your access to or use of this Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Miscellaneous & The Rest
These Terms and the other material referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and Easy Forex Solutions with respect to the Services. They supersede all other communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Easy Forex Solutions with respect to the Services and govern our future relationship. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under the law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either you or Easy Forex Solutions to exercise any right provided for in these Terms in any way won't be deemed a waiver of any other rights.
These Terms are personal to you. You can't assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get Easy Forex Solutions's prior written consent. Easy Forex Solutions has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Easy Forex Solutions will provide you notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.
Earnings Disclaimer
Practicality dictates that everyone's results will vary as we are all unique and different. Basically, it takes hard work to make a substantial income in this business and some people will make no money at all. The earnings of a Easy Forex Solutions Affiliate will be 100% dependant upon their skills, work effort, commitment, leadership capabilities and market conditions. Common sense would suggest that in most opportunities one would find exceptional individuals performing well above average, while others perform under the average. We do not and Easy Forex Solutions does not guarantee any level of income or your success.

What information do we Collect?
Registration & Supplemental Data
In order to access some of the services on this Site, you may require separate user name and password that can be obtained by completing the online registration to become an affiliate, Retail Customer (Member), or VIP Member. By registering, you agree that all information provided in the registration process is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to insure current, complete, and accurate information.

I am not a member. But I am receiving emails from your members; How can I unsubscribe from the email lists?
We teach our members to be spam compliant, there should be an opt out link at the bottom of EVERY email you receive, if you feel you are being spammed please forward a copy of the email(s) to us here
How do we protect the privacy of children?
The services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. However, as with any Web site, children can access all parts of the site which are accessible to the general public. See the "What information do we collect?" section of this document for an explanation of what information is publicly accessible through the site.
Notification of Changes
